Who We Are
We started as a food truck in Lakeland, Florida, serving a Mediterranean and Persian-American Fusion cuisine to a community that quickly fell in love with our food and, most of all, our hummus. What began on wheels is now on shelves, backed by 171 five-star reviews, a loyal customer base, and a growing Fuel Our Power wellness community that actively promotes our products. We're a family brand with a clear mission: put the hummus nobody saw coming on shelves everywhere.
We're often featured in local press, and our hummus is served in restaurants and requested by customers at stores that don't yet carry us. That last part is an opportunity for both of us.
Built-in demand through Fuel Our Power
Feasts of Persia is the food brand behind Fuel Our Power, a growing community of fitness and wellness professionals and their networks. Our 4-Week Transformation Guide directs participants to purchase our products at retail locations. FOP members and affiliates actively promote our hummus and packaged goods to their audiences. When you carry our hummus, you're also tapping into an active, health-conscious community that's already buying.
Our hummus is Mediterranean diet-aligned, made from chickpeas, tahini (sesame), lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil, with no shortcuts and no artificial ingredients. It's a staple in our nutritionist-guided Mediterranean meal program with documented health results including cholesterol reduction of 20%, blood pressure improvement, and, in one case, the reversal of over 15 years of type 2 diabetes. Your health-conscious shoppers are already looking for products like ours.
Recognized Within Our First Year
We opened in December 2022. Less than a year later, we were already being recognized. We've earned regional awards for Top 3 Best Food Truck and Best Mediterranean Restaurant, and we're just getting started. We haven't yet entered our hummus in a competition. That could be next!
Our first retail placement happened within a week of our first sample, through a community connection that started with a youth group and Fuel Our Power. That's the kind of brand loyalty that doesn't come from advertising. One year after hitting the shelves, we're in three locations and growing. That's what happens when food brings people together.
