When we say Feasts of Persia, we are referring to the Persian Empire that stretched from the Middle East to the Mediterranean. You can enjoy a variety of traditional and fusion options from our Signature Hummus, Falafel, and our house recipe vegan Tahini Sauce, to authentic Persian kabobs fused with American favorites like our Kabob Burger Salad and Chicken Kabob Wrap.

A kabob is meat, poultry, or vegetables that's roasted or grilled.
The word is translated from languages that don't use the Latin alphabet, so there are different spellings.
"Kabob" is considered the spelling in North America but you may see variations of both the spelling and the actual food and flavor such as the Turkish doner or kofta kebap, Greek gyro or souvlaki, Central Asian or Afghani kebab, South Asian or Indian tandoori or tikka, Israeli or Jewish kabab, Egyptian shawarma, and of course, the Persian or Iranian kabob.
The FOP, or Feasts of Persia, Burger is our signature all-beef burger smothered with our own sauce brand. FOP Sauce is our twist on ranch that comes in both a Friendly, no heat version, as well as a Feisty version when you're looking for a little spicy kick. It is the perfect sauce, dressing, or dip!
Other than our Feisty FOP Sauce, all of our foods are full of flavorful spices, but are not spicy hot.
No, our food features spices such as turmeric, saffron, cumin, and sumac, which is the ground berry of the sumac plant. It has a slight smoky and tangy taste, drawing out the flavor of our kabobs.
